There are 3 easy ways that patients can order their regular repeat prescriptions.
One of the most popular is via the offcial NHS app. Simply download the app and use the order repeat medication function to select the medication you want and submit an order online. More information can be found here NHS App and your NHS account – NHS (www.nhs.uk)
As an alternative to the NHS app you can use the SystmOnline app, which is the online app supplied by TPP, the company that provide our clinical system. More information can be found here SystmOnline Login (tpp-uk.com)
If you prefer not to use the NHS or SystmOnline app then simply email your repeat prescription request to us at [email protected]. Please remember to include your full name, date of birth and address in the email.
Finally, if you don’t have access to the internet, you can give the NHS medicines order line a call on 0115 855 0260 and the lines are open Monday to Friday, between 8.00am and 4.00pm. (The lines can be a little less busier at the end of the week than at the start)
