New Patients

New Patient Registration

The practice will consider accepting any patient who has a permanent address within the practice area. If you are new to the area and are requiring to register with one of our GP’s please ask at our reception. If you have your medical card then please bring this along with you. If not a member of the reception ask you to complete a registration form and a short health questionnaire.

Following your registration you will be required to have a new patient check to enable your registration to be fully complete. An appointment will be offered with our health care assistant during your registration. If you are on regular repeat medications you will be asked to make a routine appointment with the GP.

Guide to GP Services

The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them. You can download the guide below.

A Patient Guide for GP Services

NHS England has confirmed that despite the Government announcement (27 January) relating to face coverings no longer being mandatory in public places, the UK Health Security Agency’s Infection Prevention Control guidance remains in place in GP Surgeries.

This means that we will still require patients to wear face coverings (facemasks or face shields), to maintain social distance and use hand sanitiser to enter the practice building. As we are a higher risk environment, continuing these measures will help to ensure that we keep all our patients and staff safe. Please help us by wearing a mask or face covering when you visit our practice.

Thank you for your support.
