Speaking to your Doctor or Nurse by phone

Whenever possible, please telephone between 8.30 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. If your Doctor or Nurse is unable to receive your call, a message will be left for him/her to return your call as necessary when they are available to do so.

Please understand that not all calls can be returned within the same day.
