District NursesDistrict Nurses We have a team of District Nurses attached to the Surgery who provide nursing care for patients unable to get to the Surgery. This is usually arranged by your Doctor or the Hospital in the first instance. The Team cover visits such as phlebotomy, wound care, chronic disease management, regular injections, palliative care, etc. For ongong matters the team may be contact on 01332 366717. |
