Attached to Whitemoor Medical Centre.

We have a team of District Nurses attached to the Surgery who provide nursing care for patients unable to get to the Surgery. This is usually arranged by your Doctor or the Hospital in the first instance. For ongong matters, the team can be contacted on 01332 366717

We also have a Community Matron who is attached to the surgery.
